Shipping & delivery

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated international transit time is 7–13 days. Custom orders are normally prepared within 7–14 days after the written specification and payment are confirmed.

Shipping is available to destinations across North America, Europe and Australia, subject to carrier service and local import availability.
Shipping costs USD 70–100 per order, depending on the destination, parcel size, value and available service. The final charge is shown before payment.
Orders are reviewed for inventory, condition and delivery details before dispatch.
Tracking information is provided after the carrier accepts the parcel.
The final-mile carrier is selected according to the most suitable available local delivery service for the destination.
High-value orders may require signature confirmation, additional verification or insured delivery.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.
Customs inspections and carrier delays can affect international delivery. Import duties or local taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the order confirmation states otherwise.

Returns & refunds

For eligible standard items, contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. An item must be unworn, unused and returned with its original presentation materials and accompanying records.

Contact us before returning an item. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.
Return delivery costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, materially different from the order, or was sent in error.
All custom, commissioned, personalised or altered products are made or sourced for a specific customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the item arrives damaged, materially different from the approved specification, or was sent in error.
A consultation may be cancelled for a refund before its confirmed start time if no research, written selection or other agreed preparatory work has begun. Once a consultation or agreed preparatory work begins, the delivered service fee is non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If we cannot accept a private commission or cannot provide the selected service, the related unearned payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Report visible transit damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery and retain the packaging for review.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Bank or payment-processor posting times may vary.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.

Payment & billing

Prices and order totals are shown in United States dollars unless the order confirmation states otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. The payment statement or PayPal transaction may identify the seller as Shenzhen Jingju Trading Co., Ltd.

Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted or a commissioned project begins.
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once a standard item has shipped, the returns policy applies.
For custom or commissioned work, the quotation will state the deposit, balance and production milestones. Deposits and payments become non-refundable once sourcing, design approval or production begins.
Selecting the Private One-to-One Custom Service SKU starts a checkout request but does not charge a card. The studio confirms the displayed SKU price, service scope, timing, cancellation point and any additional balance before issuing a secure payment request.
Physical goods and consultation services are itemised separately on the order confirmation and payment request so the amount and fulfilment evidence for each are clear.
We do not ask customers to send payment to an account not identified in the order confirmation.

Product representations

Materials, dimensions, condition and known provenance are described in good faith. Natural materials, handwork and aged surfaces can vary. For one-of-one pieces, the individual object record takes priority over general collection language.

Age, source, maker, blessing or certification is stated only when supported for that individual object.
Items described as Vintage are pre-owned collectible lifestyle objects. We do not sell archaeological artifacts, protected cultural relics or prohibited cultural property.
Symbolic and spiritual meanings are shared as cultural context and personal practice, not as guaranteed outcomes.
Products are not medical treatment, financial advice or a promise of protection, luck, healing or appreciation in value.
Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colour and texture.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to answer enquiries, process orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. This may include name, email, country or region, optional WhatsApp or WeChat contact, consultation preferences, project requirements, budget range, order history, delivery information and communications with us.

Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment processor and are not stored directly by this storefront. Information may be shared with payment, fraud-prevention, fulfilment, carrier and professional-service providers only as needed to complete the transaction or comply with law.

Terms of sale

An order is an offer to purchase. A Private One-to-One Custom Service SKU request remains pending until we issue an order confirmation after verifying scope and transaction details. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, failed verification, suspected fraud or a delivery restriction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an object may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in their destination. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shenzhen Jingju Trading Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, China, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's place of residence.
